Here is the UN resolution admitting Israel as a member state, conditional upon Israel's compliance with UN Resolution 181 - the partition plan of 29 December 1947 that prohibits discrimination and land appropriation - and UN Resolution 194 of 11 December 1948 which declares the right of Palestinian refugees to return and calls for the internationalization of Jerusalem under UN control.  Both these resolutions are shown below. Israel agreed to both and has reneged on both.

               United Nations Resolution 273

Recalling its resolutions of
29 November 1947 and 11 December 1948 and taking note of the declarations and explanations made by the representative of the Government of Israel before the Ad Hoc Political Committee in respect of the implementation of the said resolutions,

The General Assembly,

Acting in discharge of its functions under Article 4 of the Charter and rule 125 of its rules of procedure,

1.  Decides that Israel is a peace loving State which accepts the
obligations contained in the Charter and is able and willing to carry out those obligations;

2. Decides to admit Israel membership in the United Nations
.

UN Resolution 181

Provisions of Chapter 2

All persons within the jurisdiction of the State shall be entitled to equal protection of the laws.

No discrimination of any kind shall be made between the inhabitants on the ground of race, religion, language or sex.

No expropriation of land owned by an Arab in the Jewish State (by a Jew in the Arab State) shall be allowed except for public purposes. In all cases of expropriation full compensation as fixed by the Supreme Court shall be paid previous to dispossession.

Provision of Chapter 4:

The provisions…shall be under the guarantee of the United Nations, and no modifications shall be made in them without the assent of the General Assembly of the United Nations.

UN Resolution 194

Provision 8:

Resolves that, in view of its association with three world religions, the
Jerusalem area…should be accorded special and separate treatment from the rest of Palestine and should be placed under effective United Nations control.

Provision 11:

Resolves that the refugees wishing to return to their homes and live at
peace with their neighbours should be permitted to do so at the earliest practicable date, and that compensation should be paid for the property of those choosing not to return and for loss of or damage to property which, under principles of international law or in equity, should be made good by the Governments or authorities responsible.
